My name is Jayaraj J.R (Jarald Rugminibai). I was born in 1968 in Undancode, Kerala, India. I have been a priest since 31st of July 1999. I belong to the diocese of Neyyattinkara. My vocation began when I discovered on the eve of completing my studies of Computer Science and engineering the poverty which many of the people in my village were subjected to. I belong to wealthy family and until the age of 23 I ignored the pain and suffering of the poor, seeing the pain and suffering caused to my people because of poverty left a lasting impression on me, so much so, that after a long illness I realised that God was calling me to work with him, so I decided to become a priest. |

The population of India is becoming old too fast: according the statistics, in 2025 in India there will be more than 177 millions of old people. Only the rich people can survive and give medical assistance. For the rest of the people the government didn't think properly to systemize till today. |

What
will be
the
future
of these
poor Old
age?

Near Karadithope, in South India, we are realizing the construction of one old age home and one small dispensary that would be function like small hospital. |
This
house
will
give
shelter
for more
than
150
needy
people.
This
moment
the
construction
of this
house is
going on
with the
help of
the loan
from the
bank.
The
money to
give
back
from the
beginning
to the
bank is
in Euro €
350.000/00.
